Tourist are often overlooked West Kowloon Cultural District when they traveling in Hong Kong. The wedge-shaped waterfront site was created from reclaimed land in the 1990s. It located west of Yau Ma Tei in Yau Tsim Mong District and it's the best location for iconic Victoria Harbour photo.
