When should I book my vacation photographer?

We suggest you book 1 week in advance in order to properly plan with your photographer. We will try our best and accommodate any last-minute bookings.

How many people can be part of the photoshoot?

There is no limit of number of people in photo session. The ideal is 1-6 person, please contact us via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or chat before you made a booking if you want to have more than 6 persons be part of the photoshoot.

How do I pay?

At the time of booking, you can choose to pay a 25% deposit during booking online (by credit card via PayPal) and the remaining 75% of the balance when you meet the photographer.

Are there any extra costs or fees?

There are no extra costs or fees at checkout, except the photo shot requires some extra traveling for the photographer or any kind of entrance fees, that extra costs must be paid by you on the day of the photoshoot.

When and how will I receive the photos?

All of your images are color edited, and color corrected and output as high resolution 4800px Jpeg file. The photographers will not go through extensive photoshop editing, which means heavy post-production, liquifying, removals, skin retouching or editing that drastically alters the original image.

What's the refund policy?

• If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, there's no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your photo session, full amount of fee will be charged via credit card or Paypal. Except for emergencies such as natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency or last-minute travel restrictions. Please note, documentation may be required.

Can I reschedule?

• If you reschedule more than 2 days in advance, there is no rescheduling fee.
• If you reschedule with less than 2 days to your photo session, a 25% package price fee will apply. Except for emergencies such as natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency or last-minute travel restrictions.

What if there's bad weather condition?

We will continue our scheduled photo shot no matter if it's raining. Unless there's a tropical storm with signal No.8 - No.10 or any Rainstorm signal issued by Hong Kong Government. If it happens, you can re-schedule the booking without any extra fees or costs.
