Rescheduling Policy
- If you reschedule more than 2 days in advance, there is no rescheduling fee.
- If you reschedule with less than 2 days to your photo session, a 25% package price fee will apply. Except for emergencies such as natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency or last-minute travel restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, there's no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your photo session, full amount of fee will be charged via credit card or Paypal. Except for emergencies such as natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency or last-minute travel restrictions. Please note, documentation may be required.
Bad Weather Condition
We will continue our scheduled photo shot no matter if it's raining. Unless there's a tropical storm with signal No.8 - No.10 or any Rainstorm signal issued by Hong Kong Government. If it happens, you can re-schedule the booking without any extra fees or costs.
No Show
If you don't show up to the photo session at the scheduled time and meeting place that previously agreed upon, full amount of fee will be charged via credit card or Paypal.
Photography Copyright
You will share a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license of the images. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed or sub-licensed. Your photographer retains the copyright on all images shot.
Photo Editing and Delivery
All of your images are color edited, and color corrected and output as high resolution 4800px Jpeg file. The photographers will not go through extensive photoshop editing, which means heavy post-production, liquifying, removals, skin retouching or editing that drastically alters the original image. Extra edited photos HK$50 each.
Your private password protected gallery will include the best shots from your photo session, selected and edited by your photographer. If you have any specific shots in mind, let us know prior to your photo session. Please note, we will NOT provide any of unedited or RAW files.
Extra Fees / Charges
- +HK$50 each extra photo.
- Customers are responsible for any transportation fees or additional fees (admission to museums, parks, transportations, food, etc.) required for you and the photographer.
Changes to The Terms of Services
Fotocatch reserves the right to modify the content of the present Terms and Conditions at any time.

Coupon Code Terms
Redemption
- Coupon Codes can only be redeemed online.
- You must be 18 years or older to redeem a coupon code.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Only one (1) promo code may be redeemed per user account/per household/per promotion.
- Coupon codes are redeemable on Fotocatch only.
- Coupon codes may require a minimum value order.
- Coupon code codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promo codes.
- Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by Fotocatch team prior to fulfillment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
- Coupon codes can not be applied after order is submitted.
Expiration
- Coupon codes are strictly promotional voucher codes with no monetary value. They may have an expiration date not shown.
Values
- Your Fotocatch coupon code value may vary depending upon the promotion in which you are participating.
- Coupon code values will not be replaced if your order is canceled by your or Fotocatch or refunded.
- Coupon codes are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined with other Fotocatch discounts, coupons and promotions.
- Coupon codes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Fotocatch coupon codes are free and no cash value, therefore can have an expiration date.
- You are responsible for the security of your own coupon code number. We will not replace any amount from your coupon code there has been used by another party regardless of how the coupon code number was obtained.
- Changes to coupon or promotion: Fotocatch reserves the right, without further notice to the holders of the coupon codes, to modify the terms and conditions for use of the promo codes, or to suspend or cancel the promo code program in whole or in part.
